Pumpkin Patch.......

We never seem to get to the pumpkin patch until the weekend right before Halloween, when there are very few pumpkins left. We spend forever looking for the right pumpkins.... but have a lot of fun doing it!

Kaden's 7th Birthday......

Kaden is a big 7 year old now. As we were debating something in the car today, he informed us that he was half way to being an adult! Where does the time go?!

6 Months.........

I am 6 months today and I just participated in a 5K up Copper Mt. ski slopes with 10 crazy obstacles along the way! This baby girl is going to be tough!! :)

Warrior Dash 2010.........

Darrick, Megan, David, Valerie and I traveled to Copper Mt., CO this weekend to participate in the Warrior Dash. I originally planned on sitting out after I found out I was pregnant, but once we got there I realized that I would regret it if I did. Luckily the gang was understanding and wanted to race together. I was never left alone!!! :) It was a great time and we can't wait to go back. Our theme this year was 80's Warriors!

1st Day of School for Kaden and Mommy.............

Kaden is a big 1st Grader today!! He was excited and had a great day! This was also my first day back with the kids. My Christmas break will hopefully come sooner than everyone else's. I will be 6 months on Sunday!!

Third Times a Charm....... and a Girl...............

With Darrick, the boys, both of our moms and me all stuffed into the sonogram room..... we anxiously watched the tv screen. We really didn't need to watch..... Darrick already told us it would be a boy. BUT....when we saw the cheeks with nothing in between..... :) there was nothing but smiles! We are so happy to have the chance at raising a girl with the help of her two older brothers!

Leadville or Bust.......

Our trip to Leadville was filled with camping, hiking, and family fun!! The boys climbed part of their first 14er.... Mt. Massive, Darrick and I celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary, and we came home without any Bear or Mountain Lion attacks...... although I think that Kaden was a little disappointed that he didn't get to fend one off! Every time I told him to be careful doing something in the wilderness, he would tell me.... "don't worry... I was born to do this"!
